- These details can be found on your invoice, which was enclosed with your order
- Refund/Exchange Policy: Items purchased in the last 90 days may be returned provided they have not been washed or worn, and have the original packaging and tags. Any item returned with ripped or missing packaging, soiled, or crumbled will be subject to a minimum $15 restocking fee. If the item received is in non-resellable condition, the item cannot be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Returning Tips:
Please fill out this form completely and print very clearly. Then, take your return item(s) to your local Post Office. We require you to send us a tracking number to ensure delivery back to us. Include this form in your package and allow 10 business days of processing time once your package is received at our location. You will receive an email from us once your return or exchange is completed and on its way to you.
